Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aroma Easy Shopping Center. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Delivery within Riyadh: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery to other regions in Saudi Arabia: 2 to 5 business days.
- Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages & Issues
If you receive your order damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us immediately at info@aromaesc.com or WhatsApp us at 0511295609 with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
